i flash my intel nuc make it roon rock by the instructions guide and it does not connect with any remote ( laptop - iphone )
the core is with ethernet and i try from a laptop with ethernet but no connection either.
The screen shot looks like your phone, so what happens when you tap on the “connect” button that is on your screen?

The problem is solved. For some reason ιτ saw nuc as a connected device before it became rock with windows. I deactivated the device and it connected. Thanks
