I am running Roon Rock (Roon Optimized Core Kit) connected to an ifi Audio Micro iDSD BL. Up until a few weeks ago, everything was fine. All of a sudden Roon does not see my DAC. Can you help?
Since experiencing this issue have you tried rebooting your Core and DAC? Have you tried a different USB cable?

We recently released a new version of RoonOS for ROCK. Can you try updating the OS? You can update by going to the web UI and choosing Reinstall under Operating System.
If there’s no change after that, can you try connecting this DAC to a Roon Remote via USB and let us know if it shows up there?
