there is a specific guide to updating the bios and installing roon rock on the brix?

ROCK is only officially supported for the Intel NUC, but I’ve installed it on a BRIX. The only issue I had was getting the BRIX to boot from a USB stick. If you’ve never installed an OS on the BRIX then you should have no problems.

If you do have an existing installation on the BRIX then you may have to remove the SSD and format it (I used a USB/SSD case) bedore you can persuade the BRIX to boot from a USB.

Once the BRIX could boot from the USB stick I had zero issues with install. Just follow the instructions after updating the BIOS, except the BRIX boot menu key is F12 rather than F10.

I successfully installed Core on an i3 brix running Win10, and it was A LOT cheaper than an NUC.
