Roon running in foreground and HQP in background

Dear sir,
Is it possible to have Roon running in foreground application and HQP running as background as a Windows services?
We don’t see any HQP on Windows desktop and it would work every time Roon play music as behind the scene. Please advise.

It’s more usual to run RoonServer in the background and have HQP in a GUi in order to configure it. There is an embedded form of HQP which can be configured from a tablet but its not adapted for Roon.
