Hi,
Roon crashes in a loop several times a minute. Reinstalling didn’t fix it

No problem to log in ,It’s look like the problem is in the sever,starts running, in few seconds become Error then start then running again in a loop.

If you provide the date and local time we can activate diagnostics on your account and try to track down your issue.

Let’s try rebuilding your database using the directions below.

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

Also, can you confirm what version of .NET you have installed?

Is the crash loop still happening? If it is can you also send over the event viewer logs? Unfortunately, the Roon logs didn’t have any useful information.
