Describe the issue

My Roon server is Grimm MU1 plus tambaqui DAC,working wonderful for one year, going to vacations for 6 weeks, then can not hear music in my system, Roon is erratic changing itself the songs in the middle, don’t obey orders.
Other sources like CD player are playing well,so the system is working OK.
Already disconnect and reconnect power cords and inputs many times and check for updates, having 1.5.9 suppose in the late one in Grimm and the late in Roon too
I can hear in my tablet, not in my system, but the erratic comportment is present too.

Hi @Hernando_Harker,

Thank you for your post.

The team has pulled diagnostic logging from the affected RoonServer and immediately identified playback failures with Tidal files due to corrupt media.

I recommend re-assigning the DNS in your router settings to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or another reliable server.

Do you experience any playback errors with local files, as well? If the corruption is within your database, then I recommend immediately restoring from a reliable, early Backup rather than continuing to use the corrupted version of your database.

Please let us know if this helps.
