What do you see listed under “Select a Different Roon Server?”

If you haven’t already, toggle on Roon’s local network access permissions. Navigate to your Mac System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local network and toggle on access for Roon.

Is RoonServer online in the background (Roon logo visible in the menu bar) when you’re attempting to access the server per your screenshot?

Under the “select a different roon server” ?

Yes i see the logo in the menu bar.
my settings are good, all accesses are granted…
nothing works, it is still waiting for my roon server…

No my roon server is not open anywhere else

My mac is my only roon server

i even tried to unistall it then reinstall it…
nothing works.

Thanks for your message. Can you please confirm if you have a recent backup of your Roon database? If so, I suggest trying to perform a reinstall:

Let’s try a fresh database and see if your issues persist:

  • Exit out of Roon + RoonServer (from taskbar area)
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon Server” and “Roon”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old” and “Roon” to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

I had too many technical issues in a short lapse of time with Roon and decided to unsubscribe and go for Audirvana instead. Very satisfied with my decision so far. Thank you for your help :pray:
