Description of Issue

After several years of correct operation suddenly the server, Roon is no longer found on the network.

When attempting a reinstallation. The proposal to start, the server returns iteratively to the server Mac.

The current processes are Roon, Roon server and Roon appliance

I’m replying to myself to help anyone who might encounter the same problem. This is probably an inability of a new version of the server to read data from its predecessor. So I turned off all Services, moved the Roon dependent folders from the library folder to somewhere safe. Then carry out a new installation. During this server installation, it was suggested to revert to a backup, which resolved the problem.
