What device and operating system is Roon server installed on and has it ever worked?

Is the Roon Remote GUI also running on this device or is that on a different device?

The networking question is asking what devices are in use and how they are connected together.

Examples:

  • Router
  • Switch
  • Hardwired
  • WiFi

Hi @cesaramurao,

According to account diagnostics, your RoonServer instance has been online since you originally posted. Are you still encountering this issue?

The most common culprit for RoonServer failing to launch on a Windows machine is the Windows Defender firewall. Try adding RoonServer.exe as an exception in your System Settings.
