The cache deletion is the heavy-handed solution, but a server restart will also resolve most cases with this symptom.
The particular symptom of greyed-out artist and album artwork is quite common when a firewall or VPN connection is interfering with Roon’s connection to cloud services. Please try ensuring that Roon is on the safelist for any security software, and try disabling any consumer VPN you’re using with Roon.
We haven’t seen a response and this topic thread is going to auto-close shortly without any new activity. Are you still experiencing issues with Qobuz content loading in Roon?
An angle we haven’t investigated is the potential for filtering by: a) overzealous network security (firewalls) b) georestriction (VPNs or proxy-servers, if you’re in an area not technically supported by the Qobuz API), or c) temporary outages that have since been restored.
Do you have any third-party firewalls or consumer VPNs that you use regularly on this network?
