Welcome to the community, and thanks for the details.
Looking at our diagnostics, your Roon Server installation hasn’t reported to our servers in about 19 days, and it’s still on an older build (2.66) while your Roon client is already on 2.67. So let’s do a fresh reinstall of the server - importantly, without touching your database, so your library and settings are preserved.
Please follow these steps: first, quit Roon and Roon Server completely. Then uninstall Roon Server through Windows Settings -> Apps. Do not delete the RoonServer folder located at %localappdata%\RoonServer - that’s your database, and we want to keep it in place. Then download a fresh copy of Roon Server from
and install it. On first launch, it will pick up your existing database automatically.
Once done, let us know whether the server starts and stays up. If it still fails, please note the exact date and local time of the attempt - that will let us check what’s happening at that moment.
Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to try the server reinstall we outlined, making sure Roon Server was uninstalled from Windows Settings while leaving the %localappdata%\RoonServer folder in place so your database stayed intact? Once you had the fresh install from our downloads page, did Roon Server start up normally and stay running, or are you still seeing the same behavior? Let us know what you found and we can take it from there.
