Thank you for sharing the event log. From what I can see, there are no critical issues related to Roon itself — only some .NET–related errors. These shouldn’t normally prevent Roon Server from starting.
Could you please describe in more detail what exactly happens when you try to start Roon Server?
Do you see any error messages or does the service simply not start?
Is there any activity in the RoonServer logs (C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Local\RoonServer\Logs)?
This information will help us better understand where the problem occurs.
