Describe the issue

i just signed up for the free trial. When I loaded roon, two icons appeared on my PC homescreen. One is Roon and the other is Roon Server.

From what I understand, I am supposed to play music using Roon server but when i double click nothing happens. When I launch the Roon app, music appears and i can play it. But many things are shaded out so i don’t seem to have full functionality.

and when I try to use my phone to control my music it doesn’t load, just keeps spinning.

Would appreciate some assistance. thx. Brad.

What kind of phone are you trying to connect with? Are you saying that the phone is unable to connect to your Roon Server at all and you can’t even load the Home screen? Do other Roon Remotes work as expected and it is just the phone affected?
