Roon server in the dark

Hi,

My network setup consists in an ubiquiti USG as a gateway, a ubiquiti 16 ports switch, and all the networks client are linked with cables. WiFi is only used to control roon.

The core server is the latest MacMini with 32Gb RAM running 10.15.1, and the latest roon core.

Audio devices are Linn streamer connected with RJ45.

The first reboot after upgrading to the latest roon core version broke the roon server. It cannot see nor the audio devices nor the music which is stored on a usb hard drive attached to the macmini.
Si far I’ve tried a server reboot and streamers reboot (they all show the network with their fixed ip’s)

Have you checked if the Mac’s firewall is off?

Yes, the firewall is off.

Hi @Leo — sorry for the trouble here.

So we can take a closer look, are you able to access your database and zip up the Logs folder for us?

If you can zip up that folder and send us a shared Dropbox link (or any other file sharing service), we can get a sense of what’s gone wrong here. If you can’t access the database, or if you don’t have anywhere to upload the Zip file, just let us know. We’ll walk you through the next steps here so we can figure out what’s gone wrong.

Thanks in advance for your patience, and sorry again for the trouble here.
