Description Of Issue
Error opening file to write: Base.dll

I ran as Admin…completed, Roon server has started…but is there like a settings or configuration screen that’s supposed to appear?

No - the only sign that Roon server is running is an icon (which is probably hidden by default) for the Taskbar.

You’ll need to install a Roon client to connect to the Server for Control/Configuration purposes.

This can be Roon for Windows installed on the same Windows 10 PC where you have installed Roon Server, or Roon installed on another PC/Mac/Tablet/Smartphone.
