· Roon server stopped working on my NAS (QNAP TS-x64). You suggested I install the Roon Server software though Docker. I looked at the instructions re doing this, but I'm still lost and need someone to walk me through this process

· NAS is QNAP TS-x64, Router is Arris, Switch is Qnet. Everything was running fine till the Roon Server on the QNAP stopped when I was uploading files. I attempted to resolve the situation by updating the Roon software. That did not work and now I cannot see the QNAP/Roon Server using Roon
Hey @cohn_richard, welcome to the community, and thanks for laying this out so clearly.
Since this is a QNAP install issue, the best place to start is our guide for Installing RoonServer on QNAP with Docker. It walks through the Container Station setup and the exact container settings we want on QNAP.
If you’ve already been through part of that and got stuck at a specific step, send us the step you reached and any error or warning you saw. If the container is installed but Roon still can’t see the server, we can help narrow down whether this is a container configuration issue or a network discovery problem on the NAS side.
Let us know where it breaks and we’ll take it from there, thanks!
Diagnostics indicate that you might have migrated to a new Roon Server machine rather than configure the docker version of Roon Server on the QNAP.
We wanted to make sure you weren’t still having trouble with the QNAP and Roon. Please reach out we can assist further; this thread will auto-close without any further responses soon.
