Roon Server not Accessible from Android Tablet

One day ago I did a reset on my very slow Windows 10 Acer 64 bit laptop choosing the option that allowed me to keep all my personal data. Prior to this I was easily able to access the Roon Server interface installed on this Windows 10 laptop using the Roon app on my Samsung GalaxyTab 4 tablet. After the reset, I was no longer able to access the Roon Server with my tablet. My 496 GB of music is stored on a 1 TB external hard drive. The Roon Server on my laptop talks wirelessly to the Roon Bridge installed on my Rasberry Pi 3 using a Frontier 2226 modem/router. I’ve tried restarts on both my laptop and my tablet, and uninstalls and reinstalls of the Roon Server on my laptop to no avail. My subscription runs out in April 2018 so I hope you can help me with my problem so i can continue to use your great service.
Thanks,
Bill

Just a reminder that you have to tag @support for them to be notified that you are requesting help.

Okay Ken, but how/where do I include "tag @support"in my request? Also I resolved the problem I asked help with myself by uninstalling and reinstalling Roon Remote on my Samsung GalaxyTab 4 tablet. That all said and done, I have another question that you may be able to answer.
Seeing I have recently converted an older Vista laptop to a Linux Mint OS, what is the better , more efficient, sound quality wise laptop to use of the two I own, the newly reset windows 10 Acer 64 bit OS laptop that is currently running the Roon Server, or the recently converted to Linux Mint laptop? If the winner is the Linux Mint laptop, are there any specific instructions on how to install Roon Server on it and get it up and running?

Hi @William_Saimond ---- Thank you for the post and sharing your feedback with us. I am pleased to hear that reinstalling the application on your remote devices solved the problem. Well done

Furthermore, in regard to your question. While I can not comment on the quality of sound that is produced by either laptop, what I would recommend is staying within our minimum system requirements .
