Roon Server Not Found in ARC Device (ref#PM9TE7)

This problem started as a result of my transitioning to a Roon Nucleus One. Everything with ARC worked fine when I was using my NUC ROCK server.

Thanks for writing in!

Are you able to connect using the normal Roon remote app? If the issue is only with Arc, you may need to review your port forwarding rule setup via your router settings.

Can you share a screenshot of your Roon Settings> Roon Arc, for example:

Thank you for following up. I finally was able to connect ARC to the server. My port forwarding rules didn’t need to be changed or anything like that. I just had to close the ARC app and restart it several times until finally it connected with the server. Thanks again and you can close the ticket.
