As a first test - what happens if you click ‘select a different server’, are you able to see your normal server machine?
Do you have this issue no matter the remote device you use?
As a next step, I’d also reboot your Mac, your router, and your Roon Remotes.
Lastly, test out temporarily disabling your Mac fireall, and see if you’re able to connect.
