Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Windows 10.
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Description Of Issue
Roon server does not start when turning PC on even though i checked to start at start up.
Erm, you need to login to your Windows account - Roon Server runs in User space - it is not a Windows Service that will start automatically on powerup.
If you want to run your Windows 10 box as a headless server, then you’ll need to configure an autologon. See here in the KB for how to use Roon Server on a headless Windows PC .

Hi @Outlaw ,
What kind of account are you logging in with, is it an admin account?
Is RoonServer added to your Windows Startup folder ?

Hi @Outlaw ,
Yes it should when you check it to start on startup, but I was wondering if manually specifying it to start changes anything. Are you logging in as admin on this PC?
