Description Of Issue
Roon server does not start when turning PC on even though i checked to start at start up.
Erm, you need to login to your Windows account - Roon Server runs in User space - it is not a Windows Service that will start automatically on powerup.
If you want to run your Windows 10 box as a headless server, then you’ll need to configure an autologon. See here in the KB for how to use Roon Server on a headless Windows PC.
Already have auto log in set
What kind of account are you logging in with, is it an admin account?
Is RoonServer added to your Windows Startup folder?
I will add to start up folder.I thought when you checked start on start up that would work
Yes it should when you check it to start on startup, but I was wondering if manually specifying it to start changes anything. Are you logging in as admin on this PC?
Is RoonServer starting properly after adding it to the startup folder?
Yes it works in startup folder
