Thanks for writing in and I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues! If you could, please bring your Roon Server online and we’ll take a closer look.

There was a known service outage earlier in the day, there’s a chance you may be fixed at this point - let us know! :+1:

I am afraid it is still not working.

Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago.

Since then I have tried everything that I could, changing virtual memory, increasing RAM up to 24 Gb, nothing works.

Please help me as I don´t know what else to do.

I have just manage to make it work.

Increased the virtual memory to 2.5 times the 24 Gb RAM and it took a long long time to load.

Now after just a few seconds of playing it went silent but the playback apparently was still going.

The clock keeps moving but no sound is heard.
I am sure this is something that came in the latest update because just a couple of weeks ago everything was working fine.

Hope you can help me solve this.

ROON used to be the most reliable app, I hope this is just a glitch that can be fixed.

Thanks for the reply and additional info - there’s a chance you may have hit a separate service outage taking place earlier this week, which has since been fixed.

How are things performing for you now?

Unfortunately I haven’t found a way to make it work.

Remote connects but the it gets freeze and nothing else happens

As I have mentioned the machine is an I3 24gb ram windows 10.

And everything was working fine until 3 weeks ago.

Is there a solution you can advice me about?

by the way my library holds about 8,500 records and about 168,000 tracks.

Thanks for the update! I’m sorry to say, we’re still experiencing service outages, so connection could definitely still be spotty. Here is the tracking thread around the issue:

Yesterday about midnight I have been able to login and connect correctly and played without any problem until 2 AM or so.
ROON has a connectivity problem without a Doubt.
Please tell me what is your tech support people telling you.
Now we have more than 3 weeks with this problem and I it is totally unacceptable having this so long period without service.
Please tell me what actions are being taken to resolve this issue.

The situation is still unacceptable.

I don’t know if my problem is that I am short of muscle to drive my library (8,500 records 155000 tracks)
