Roon Server on AlmaLinux unable to activate Apple Airport Express for Airplay (ref#AEGMK7)

Describe the issue

Roon Server running on an AlmaLinux isn't able to activate Apple Airport Express for Airplay. Former installation of Roon Server on an Apple iMac was didn't have this issue. Both installations are in the same LAN segment and in the same subnet.
Currently the Apple Airport Express devices are visible in Roon and there is also a button to activate each. But after one or two seconds after clicking the button for each device they will be deactivated again by Roon.
What's the reason for?
Where I can see a log to get a root cause?
Why is Roon showing wrong IP addresses (169.xxx.yyy.zzz instead of fix the IPs 192.168.0.38 or 192.168.0.39)
Why does it work with a DENON AVRX2000 (see screenshot)?

Describe your network setup

Router: AVM Fritzbox 7590,
Switch: Cisco CBS350 Business connected direct to the router,
Repeater: AVM Repeater 2400 connected direct to the switches and in a mesh with the router,
iMac 2015 and Linux Server (Dell Precision T5810) connected direct to the switch,
Apple Airport Express connected via LAN or WiFi to the switch or router
All devices are in the subnet 192.168.0.1/24 with the same subnet mask 255.255.255.0

I solved it by myself some minutes after posting the issue:

  1. Remove the Apple Airport devices from Apple Home Kit
  2. Add the devices again to Home Kit
  3. Activate the devices in the Roon app

Now it works as expected.

Kind regards,
Thomas
