· My Roon server (Mac Mini Late 2014 ) with latest version 2.71(build 1683) has not worked (remote app unable to access or find the server)since the 20th August , I've tried all the ways as your support information, but no works . Fortunately I still keep the old version 2.67( build 1661) in my Mac, reinstalled it and works perfectly.
Diagnostics show the server in a restart loop. The library size (just over 110k tracks from what we can see here) is quite large for this machine’s available RAM.
Restarting Roon Server can trigger it to work through any backlogged indexing and identification that has not been finished during background work. Do you see any available crash reports from RoonServer from MacOS? What screen did you encounter in Roon when you attempted to launch and connect to the server?
