Roon Server on QNAP NAS can't connect to Roon Services after login (ref#0G17ML)

· Roon Server running on QNAP NAS
Fresh install works for playback
Qobuz streaming works
Local playback works
Internet connectivity verified
TLS handshake to roonlabs endpoints verified
After login, Roon reports “Can’t connect to Roon Search” / “Can’t connect to Roon Services”
Database rebuild does not resolve
Deleting account_v3 and userid does not resolve
Changing DNS does not resolve
Restoring backup recreates failure
Issue persists across NAS reboot
This appears to be a stale/duplicated Core registration tied to my account.
Please clear existing Core registrations so the NAS can register as a new Core.

· Roon server running on Qnap wired into router. Endpoint wired into router.

I was able to complete 3-5 searches on 02/20 before it stopped working and producing the “Can;t connect to Ron search” UI.

Please clarify if you have any traffic management software, such as a firewall or VPN.

If so, please temporarily disable it and try again.
