Checking in on your account, it looks like you’ve had an instance of Roon Server running on a windows 10 PC recently. Are you still having issues?
As an initial first step, I’d confirm that all your Roon devices are running on the same local subnet within your network. Roon won’t function properly if running across multiple subnets.
I’d reboot your server machines as well as router if you’re still having issues - let us know how that goes!
