Roon Server on Windows unable to connect despite troubleshooting (ref#V6RV3T)

Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Describe the issue

With no reason at all, my Roon Server (pc with windows), does not connect anymore. Restarted it several times, nothing. I pushed all the possible buttons, nothing. I do not have active firewalls. I updated Tidal, nothing. My Roon subscription expires next april, so not the issue. Please help!!

Hello @Luca_Anzalone,

Thank you for the screenshot. Please click “Start Roon server on this PC” at the bottom of that screen. Since your Roon Server runs on this PC, that button starts it.

Please let us know whether it connects.

Thanks Vadim! Of course i already tried that like 100 times, and all the other “buttons”, but nothing worked…

So, ROON STAFF, where are you? I can’t hear music! My subscription money was good. Your prooduct and service seems not. Help me to fix the damn problem!!
