#### Is Roon Server running? · No, Roon Server is not running. #### For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on. · I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help. ## Describe the issue The Roon Server runs on a QNAP NAS. I paid a live time abo for your system and you destroied my good running system with you last update in April 2026! ## Describe your network setup Give my a solution that i, as a non technical freak, can use. ---

Hi @conus.dominique, The latest update has shifted support to docker-based setups on QNAP. Hello again….Thanks to the instructions, I was able to migrate to the container on the Qnap NAS. I’m very glad that Roon is working again now!! ---
