Hey thanks for the update on the global issue affecting everyone.

Do you know what the issue is and do you have an estimate on time to resolve? Ie: will it be tonight for those listeners that are into their evening do you think? If not, I’ll stick to playing Fip radio.

I wish I could give you a timeline but I can’t unfortunately.
Roon are working flat out on it I assure you and I am sure will make an announcement here once resolved.

Hang in there Roon Gurus. Must be a nightmare. I’m unable to load up any of the ‘New releases for you’ suggestions and it just hangs. And various curious behaviour but not a biggie. I can still play music that’s the main thing.

Description of Issue

Over the last two or three days, Roon has become extremely slow pulling up albums and searching.Searching also fails to find things or takes forever to complete.

I have make no changes to my system, other than a recent Roon upgrade.

Is this just me or is there a server problem at Roon?

Having exactly the same problem. Even fails to load albums. Works fine using TIDAL or Qobuz directly. Started today in my case

Roon very slow today, especially when loading new stuff from Qobuz.

I am experiencing this today. For example if I click on an album to view its overview page, it takes over 30s or does not load at all. I tried changing my dns server but it did not have an effect.
