· I have a new Mac computer and want to use it as my Roon server. I backed up Roon on my old Mac and have logged out of the account. When I install Roon on the new Mac it asks if I want connect the Roon server to the new Mac or the old Mac? If I click on the new Mac it goes into a thinking mode and never moves forward. Any suggestions?

Hi @Leo_Senn,

Thanks for reaching out. Just a quick reminder: while you can have an unlimited number of Roon Remotes, you can only run one Roon Server at a time.

Once you’ve backed up your old Mac’s installation, please shut down its Roon Server instance and launch a new one on your new MacBook Pro. Please also try deleting the ~/Library/RoonServer folder from your new Mac and then run Roon again.

Let us know how this goes.
