Moving forward, we’d like to have a look at your logs to see what could be causing this issue to occur. May I kindly ask you to follow the instructions found here and upload us a set of logs for evaluation.

I couldn’t find the logs in the data file.
I reinstalled the operating system from the web. And the problem vanished.
It’s up and running and more importantly playing music.
