Would you please describe what the issue is and what your Roon Core is (a Nucleus? Nucleus+? RevA? Rev B?, as well as audio devices and how they are connected?

Which has been working for two years but recently rock update stopped the server.

Could you please navigate to the web UI and reinstall Roon from the dashboard?
