Hi everyone,
I'm currently migrating from a perfectly fine running VM to a container on TrueNAS Scale. Therefore I created a backup from the old system. Then shutdown the system. I then created a new container, installed roon (using EasyInstall). I could then perfectly login and see the expected empty interface. Then I start the backup restore, which finished just fine and prompts to restart the server. The server reboots, but then keeps on staying in "Initalizing".

Rebooting the machine doesn't change anything. I also created a complete new backup from scratch from the "old" VM and tried again, but still without luck.

What else can I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. If I understand your post correctly, you’re running Roon in a VM on your server. Unfortunately, virtual machine environments aren’t officially supported by Roon. If you’re able to reproduce the issue on a supported setup—outside of a VM—we’d be happy to investigate further.
