Since we don’t have much information around your setup, and what you’ve tried already, here are a few basic troubleshooting steps for you to try:

  1. Reboot both your Roon Server and router
  2. Confirm both the Cambridge and your server are on the same local subnet within your local network
  3. Since you’re running Roon on your Mac - confirm that there is no firewall blockage occurring. An easy way to test this would be to temporarily disable your Mac firewall and see if the same issue occurs.
