I was having this problem yesterday due to the cloudflare issues that were affecting the servers.
I ended up reinstalling the OS from that page and then rebooting (might have needed just to wait for the “fix” cloudflare did to take affect).

You might try rebooting your network and your NUC and see if that does it. I do not know how long cloudflare expects it to take for the “fix” to propagate through the entire internet so you may be in an area that has yet to be fixed?

Please try to reinstall OS as per advice of @bearFNF .

This might really help you to start Roon Server in case the cause of the issue is not Database related thing.

In case that is not helpful, please use this link to access logs from your server:

and send them over to us so we could analyze them and let you know what to do next.

So it’s definitely related to the cloudflare issue. A reinstall OS today fixed it. Thanks all!
