Roon Service Outage 4/16/20

Looks like this has happened previously though, and its down for a long time now?

But it isn’t closed to the OP who gets redirected here.

Actually, I think it’s back up…

Online playback seems to be working but not searches or ‘new releases’ listings if you click on Qobuz.

Ok but working with Tidal now.

I assume it’s coming back bit by bit. I couldn’t get live radio at first.

Description Of Issue

Over 1 year flawless use all of a sudden now Roon does not show Tidal or Qobuz versions when search performed. Only shows local library version on Hard Drive. Roon shows I am logged in to both Tidal and Qobuz. I’m at a total loss.

Same problem here, new albums and playlists are not available. I get a message that I have a network problem when I reload Qobuz or Tidal, even though I have network connections.

Roon have posted they are having an issue all online sources are broken.

I am having exactly same problem all of a sudden Roon not showing any Tidal results even though I am logged in

See above…

Mine now back up and running
