Roon service renewed but application won't start (ref#GB31G8)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please provide some more details regarding what is not starting? Does RoonServer start in the taskbar? Is it the Roon UI app that is not starting? If you can please use these instructions to access both your Roon + RoonServer logs, upload them to the link below and let us know once uploaded, we can take a look to see if there aare any specific error messages. after signing out and signing back in, all ok
