Do you mean Roon ARC? Only the ARC app is designed to access your Roon Server from other, non-local networks.

For Roon to work properly it needs to be on the same local network as @Suedkiez mentioned. If you can provide more details on what exactly you’re trying to achieve, we may be able to assist further. Let us know!
