Roon shutting down problem on my Core PC

Description of Issue

My roon are shut down in few minute when i start streaming via tidal. To resolve my problem i deactivate my window fire wall, reinstall roon but it doesn’t work.
I’m really frustrated with this uncomfortable situation. i hope this being resolved within 13 days before my anual subscription

Hi @Jaewoo_Suh ,

ohNet.dll is related to OpenHome, are you making use of any Linn devices or OpenHome applications? Can you please try to reinstall Roon fresh using the below instructions?

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup
