Roon Signal path when using MQA decoder

I see only signal path, DAC ZIDOO NEO X.

Well, since MQA is being done by the NEO X, it is considered Enhanced because Roon has no idea what the Neo is actually doing to the signal. As you can see, the signal is lossless when it reaches the NEO, it becomes enhanced when indicating the step teh NEO is performing aka MQA full decoder.
