Roon silent for three days, now, Tidal songs won't play

OK, I can’t see anything in Browse…
I can’t play anything in Library, but do see my library in their.
Going to Settings, it says that that I am signed into Tidal.
but I also see the circle of death that never loads,
it just goes round and round
right next to the Edit mode rectangle.
If I click on Edit it says my user ID and tells me that I am
successfully signed into Tidal as my current Status,
and under Last Library Sync it says Library Syncing Now.
Guess what,
that circle of death is still going round, it never completes.
I seem to have a problem I just disabled Tidal and tried to
log in with my user name and password, no good just times out.

Thanks for reaching out, @Larry_Topper, and apologies for the difficulties here!

So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Just to confirm — You can see your library in Roon, you just can’t play it? Do you get any error messages when attempting to do so?

Is local content working okay, or are you unable to play that either?

Thanks!

Rebooted everything, pulled plug on Meridian 218 end point, and I reestablished the sync connection in Roon with Tidal service, and now the metadata, titles, and artwork, are reappearing in my Roon library. I will not play any music yet, waiting till things settle down may take several hours, it hold over 66,000 tracks, so a total library resync may take some. Check back later. Thanks Dylan.
