Roon skipping hi-res tracks that are either above 24/44 or MQA

Hi,
I am using the Roon app on Mac OS to steam music from Qobuz and Tidal. I have MacMini (2018 model) that has been hardware upgraded on top. I have connected my Mac through high-speed HDMI to Marantz SR-7013 (which is capable of crunching up to 7.1 channels of 32 - 192 kHz, 16/20/24 bit.
As soon as I switch to “Exclusive Mode” Device Setup", nothing with higher resolution than 24/44 can be played. MQA source suffers from the same issue. The app keeps skipping tracks until it gets to the end of an album … and that’s it! No music.
I have tried a variety of modified settings in Device Setup section, but keep having this issue.

I am getting truly frustrated with this rocket-science type of setup that Roon app is requiring for everything, even simple setting.

Hi @Arash_Amirpour,

Do you have any local content? Does the same behavior occur if you play that instead of TIDAL / Qobuz?

Can you share a screenshot of Device Setup for this Zone?
