Roon skipping tracks during playback from library (ref#90NWL7)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· When I select an album from my library and start playing it, only a short snippet of the song plays before it skips to the next track, and then the next, and so on.

This is a new problem. I have been using Roon for over a year, connected to TIDAL. Roon is connected via a cable directly to a Lumin D3. I use a MacBook Pro as a wireless remote.

Tell us about your home network

· I use a Google router 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy Mountain View, CA 94043 - Model Number: H2D - 14V= 1.1A for the laptop.

The Lumin D3 is connected directly with a cable from the fibre optic box.

How long is the snippet exactly, is it around 30 seconds? Does the TIDAL web (listen.tidal.com) player play full-length tracks? We are also interested in whether anything changes if you log out of TIDAL and back in through Roon Settings > Services. Let us know!

Just checking in on this. Have you had a chance to test whether the snippet is about 30 seconds long, whether full tracks play in the TIDAL web player at
http://listen.tidal.com
, and whether logging out of TIDAL in Roon Settings > Services and signing back in changes anything? Let us know what you find, thanks.
