Roon skipping tracks randomly after latest update (ref#O2VGAE)

· Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with Roon since the latest update—at least I think it’s related.
When I start a playlist or an album, after about 4 or 5 seconds it skips to the next track, or sometimes to another random track. And it keeps doing this continuously. It’s completely bugging out.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Welcome to the forum! I am looking over your account diagnositcs, but I don’t see any Roon Server tied to your account at all, and it looks like your Roon subscription is not currently active either. Are you using Roon with a different email address compared to the one you reached out to us from? If this is the case, please just let us know, but do not post the full email address here, as the forum is sometimes monitored by spam bots.

Can you please use these instructions to access your RoonServer logs, upload a set to the link below, and let us know once uploaded? The logs often can contain clues as to why playback is stopping, so it would be a great troubleshooting resource. Thanks!
