Roon skipping tracks when playing from my library

Description of Issue

When i play genre tracks or music from my library roon skipp or stop playing after a few tracks . Never happens if playing radio so i thought it was my library and i just changed it from NAS to USB C drive but problem still happens! Thanks for help

As a test, could you please copy one album to your Mac Mini and add it in Roon? Do the tracks play without interruption.

Could you please select System Output as a zone and play a few tracks? Do you experience the stops in playback?

What format are the files in your local library (or the ones you’ve tried playing)?

Hi Rebeka , i tried already the skipping actually happens when selecting playing a genre or randoms title never when i play an album. My files are in flac. I haven’t play any genre since last week and didn’t have any skipping . I will keep you informed if the problem persist . Thanks

Thanks so much for isolating the issue to just playing music from the genres tab, not albums.

When you get to listening to music this way again, would you please write down the date & time (timestamp) this happens and the track you were playing when Roon skipped. If you have a few examples like this it’d help a lot.

Next, please upload your Roon Logs by using these instructions. The best way to get them over to me would be via Dropbox / Google Drive, but if you don’t have either service please let me know and I can provide alternate upload instructions.
