Roon skips songs after 30 seconds despite registered account (ref#JHCPYD)

I did registered and paid for the account, but Roon skips those songs after playing them for 30 secs.

Describe your network setup

Other applications like Spotify works well

Where is the music from that skips after 30 secs?
Local files, Tidal or Qobuz or a combination of all three.

Share a screen shot of an album that’s doing this might help highlight the issue.

If Tidal or Qobuz, it could be a subscription issue with them specifically or the version of album isn’t fully available.

Based on our diagnostic data, your Tidal account currently has an INTRO status. This means there is no active subscription, and streaming features may be limited.

To resolve this, please navigate to the Tidal website> Account Settings and confirm that your subscription is active. If your account is inactive, you may need to renew or reactivate your plan to regain full streaming functionality.

Here’s a screenshot of the problem I’m facing, and yes, local files also works. I did subscribe Roon so I’m kind of confused.

Thank you for the update.

To play full compositions from Tidal, you need a paid account on the Tidal service—having only a Roon subscription is not sufficient. You can find more details here
