First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

This trace in particular Track Stopped Due to Slow Media is instructive. It tells us that your Roon server was unable to receive the data from Tidal fast enough to continue playback. Can you try a different ethernet cable and port on the router with your server?
