The diagnostic data confirms that your Tidal account is reporting a specific status called “Intro”.
This status comes directly from Tidal and indicates that the account does not have an active streaming license at the moment. This is why playback is limited to 30-second previews.
Please log in to your account page on tidal.com and verify that your subscription is currently active and paid. Once you confirm the subscription is valid on their site:
Go to Roon Settings > Services > Tidal.
Logout and then Login again to refresh the connection.
The latest diagnostics available to our servers show an active Tidal account recently synced with RoonServer. Was the sign out/sign in from Settings → Services → Tidal successful?
