However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
I’m having the exact same issues. VERY slow Roon loading times. This started a month ago. I’m using a SonicTransporter and not a nucleus. I access a QNAP NAS and Qobuz via Roon. I’ve made no material changes (that I know about anyway). When playing via JRiver on my desktop, accessing the same NAS files…lighting fast. When using my Lumin app to control my P1…again fast. However, when moving to Roon…it’s VERY slow. It take 30 seconds to search and god forbid I try and switch from the NAS to Qobuz when streaming to the P1…I might as well get coffee. My ST has always performed flawlessly, so this would be atypical behavior. I have 53K tracks on my NAS from abt 6K albums. Very frustrating.
