We gone ahead and enabled the diagnostic on your account. From logs we see that the Roon and Raat servers is up and runing.

To better understand the issue and assist you, could you please clarify the following:

  1. What exactly happens when you try to launch Roon?
  • Do you see any error messages, or does nothing happen at all?
  • If there is an error message, could you share the exact text or a screenshot?
  1. Have you tried restarting your computer or the Roon application after the update?
  2. On which device are you experiencing the issue?
  • Is it on your Windows PC, a mobile phone, iOS device, or elsewhere?

Vadim: Thank you for you reply. I could not easily find the best process for when an update completely kills Roon’s ability to load on my OS (WIN 10). I sought suggestions from MS Co-Pilot and they nailed it with a link to exactly what I could find through FAQs pages and community topics.
I reloaded the software from your website and all works now.
