Describe the issue

roon software doesn't "see" my NAD M10 v2 bluos. Music plays for a while and then stops and roon doesn't find bluos. Qubuz and bluos software does see player

Describe your network setup

using fast wifi and all systems are connected to the same network

Are you running MacOS Sequoia by chance? It seems to interfere with Roon’s hardware access. Try this.

Hi @arniebieber ,

Welcome to the forum. Are you by any chance using a VPN when this issue occurs? I would try checking the Local Network setting that @SandsOfArrakis mentioned. Let us know if this helps.

Hi, I’m not using a VPN and I went through the steps recommended by @SandsOfArrakis](Profile - SandsOfArrakis - Roon Labs Community) mentioned but Roon still doesn’t see NAD M10 v2 Bluos device.

You screenshot shows Settings > About. But perhaps you could also share the Settings > Audio. Is the NAD M10 v2 listed there? Have you actually enabled the NAD M10 v2 under Settings > Audio?

Hey @arniebieber,

I wanted to give this thread a bump and see if you were able to review the above reply from @s73nm, our technical team would be curious to see this as well:

We’ll be on standby for your reply, thanks!
